Frequently Asked Questions

It's my first visit, what should I do?

Definitely arrive 10-15 minutes early for a new member walk through. Here you will be introduced to the check in process, the coach of the day, what the class entails, where you can leave your belongings and proper use of the cardio machines.

Are classes beginner friendly?

Absolutely! Everyone starts as a beginner. We suggest going at your own pace and doing your best. No one is expecting back flips, but if you're capable, have at it!

How do I book?

All class bookings can be done through the Corebalfit app, which is available in both the App Store and PLAY store. You can also book online at corebalfit.com. Just click on the Schedule.

Are walk-ins allowed?

Yes and no. We'd have to see that there is space to allow for an extra person. Best bet is to reserve ahead of time.

Is every class the same?

NOPE! We like variety, so we try to give our members just that. Some classes are pure strength, some conditioning, some a hybrid. Each class lists its description so you can see which class is right for you.

What's Mass Appeal & how come I can't book it?

Mass Appeal is our exclusive 12-week strength training block consisting of compound lifts. Program is three phases; hypertrophy, strength and power. We will catch gains and hit PRs. Get ready to squat, deadlift, bench press, & more! Class size limited! Members must opt in and test for their 1 rep max. It is a 12-week commitment.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

We understand life be life-ing. So we ask that you cancel your booking at least 8 hours prior to start time. We take time in setting up the workout of the day and room, so we need to know if yall coming. We also want to ensure that those who may be on the waitlist are given the opportunity to make it to class. A No Show/No Check In results in a $10 fee.
